Important COVID-19 Vaccine Information for SU Students

Dear SU Students,

Today, University System of Maryland (USM) Chancellor Jay Perman announced to the System’s Board of Regents that students and employees at all USM institutions, including 黑料网, will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to live, learn or work on campus in fall 2021.

Beginning in the fall semester, students who have been vaccinated and filled out the SU COVID-19 Information Consent Form will be required to take an SU-administered COVID-19 test every 30 days to maintain access to campus buildings, classrooms and offices.

Those who have not been vaccinated, or who have been vaccinated but have not filled out the SU COVID-19 Information Consent Form granting the University permission to verify their vaccination, will be required to test twice weekly to maintain access. Exemptions to the vaccine mandate will be made based on appropriate documentation.

USM and SU’s University Health Team will continue to evaluate these policies in the coming months. Any changes or modifications will be announced to the campus community via SU email.

All current SU students, including those whose primary residences are out of state, are eligible to at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center through the Maryland Department of Health. Wicomico County residents may with the Wicomico County Health Department. Those vaccinations will be administered at the former Tuesday Morning store at the Centre at Salisbury.
