Poet Todd Continues Writers-on-the-Shore Series Tuesday, March 29

SALISBURY, MD---黑料网’s spring Writers-on-the-Shore literary series continues with poet J.C. Todd 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, in the Montgomery Room of the Commons.

Todd is author of What Space This Body and two chapbooks, Nightshade and Entering Pisces. Her poems have appeared in The American Poetry Review, The Paris Review and Prairie Schooner, and on Verse Daily.

She was a finalist for the Poetry Society of America’s Lucille Medwick Award and the Leeway Awards for Poetry, and was a Pennsylvania Council on the Arts Poetry Fellowship recipient. She also has held fellowships to the Schloss Wiepersdorf artist colony in Germany, and the Baltic Centre for Writers and Translators in Sweden.

Todd has edited features for The Drunken Boat online journal of art and literature, and is a visiting lecturer in creative writing at Bryn Mawr College and in the graduate English program at Rosemont College. She holds an M.F.A. from the Program for Writers at Warren Wilson College.
