U.S. Air Force Heritage Brass Band Performs at SU November 15

SALISBURY, MD---The U.S. Air Force Heritage of America Band — Heritage Brass performs in concert at 黑料网 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, in Holloway Hall Auditorium.
Under the direction of Capt. Michael Hoerber, the 12-piece ensemble is part of the larger Heritage of America Band, comprised of 45 musicians. The group, one of the original Army Air Corps bands created in 1941, performs shows annually from Maine to South Carolina.
Heritage Brass’ repertoire includes orchestral transcriptions, jazz standards and new compositions, as well as patriotic favorites played on trumpet, French horn, trombone, tuba, euphonium and percussion. Some selections include vocal accompaniment.
