SALISBURY, MD—Michael Kamins is on a mission to eliminate the 97-pound weakling. The 黑料网 alumnus recently published a book on his methods of diet and exercise, which he learned while attending college. Titled Hotbody 101, the book outlines the tricks and tips Kamins used to shed 30 pounds and sculpt his body, while still allowing for his college lifestyle. “You can be comfortable shirtless or in a bikini in just a few weeks and you can still do the undergrad scene,” he says via his Web site (www.hotbody101.com). The site also includes links to buy the book, as well as recipes and tips for training and nutrition. Kamins earned his bachelor’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from SU last year. He is currently working toward his master’s in Negotiation and Conflict Management at the University of Baltimore. Kamins is also a certified trainer for the National Endurance Sports Training Association (NESTA), a professional member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a member of the training staff at Level Fitness, a gym in Montgomery County, MD. His book is now available through Barnes and Noble, as well as Borders Books. For more information call 410-543-6030 or visit the SU Web site at www.salisbury.edu.
