Delmarva Public Radio Welcomes New Employees
SALISBURY, MD---Delmarva Public Radio at 黑料网 recently welcomed three new employees.
Anne Dudley joined the stations as development director, Chelsea Boog as membership coordinator and Fadwa Webster as senior underwriting and marketing coordinator.
Dudley has five years of experience in communications, marketing and development in higher education, most recently at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a native of Pittsburgh and a graduate of Kent State University, OH, where she earned a master’s degree in public relations and bachelor’s degree in communication studies.
Boog, who received her B.S. in marketing from SU, has several years of experience in membership and community development with the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay Council, Inc. A native of Howard County, MD, she is also is a graduate of the culinary program at Johnson & Wales University, SC.
“We’re certain that with these additions to our DPR team, we will be able to better serve our stations’ listeners and supporters across the Delmarva Peninsula, as well as to further solidify the stations’ future sustainability,” said Dana Whitehair, DPR general manager.
Both Dudley and Boog are based at the stations’ Salisbury office.
Webster, a native of Morocco, served in a leadership role at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino for nearly 10 years, and was instrumental in its marketing, event coordination and VIP guest services. She studied experimental science at the Royal Military School in Ifrane, Morocco, majoring in business management. With DPR, she will be based in Rehoboth, DE.
“Fadwa has been a powerful addition to the DPR team, and we’re lucky to have her,” said Whitehair. “With the addition of her position, we’ll be able to better support our underwriting clients and listeners in Delaware.”
DPR’s stations include WSCL 89.5 FM, playing classical music, and WSDL 90.7 FM Rhythm and News, featuring a blend of alternative music and NPR news/talk programming.
